Sophia is an innovative design leader with 15+ years of experience driving global brand design, retail environments, and experiential activations for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Currently serving as 3D Lead at Apple (Beats by Dre), where she spearheaded the creative direction of global retail displays, packaging innovation, and space planning across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her work has included leading the Beats Retail 2.0 global fixture rebrand, developing immersive activations, and designing premium packaging that fuses aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Previously, as Senior Creative Director at Sugarfina, she transformed the brand’s retail presence by launching 15 new stores and flagship concepts, streamlining operations, and negotiating significant cost savings, directly fueling the company’s rapid growth, all within her first year. Her career began in interior design and evolved into senior roles at Saks Fifth Avenue, Kellwood Company, and VF Corporation, where she shaped retail store concepts, shop-in-shops, and visual merchandising strategies that elevated brand identity and customer experience.
